Tolerance Capabilities Horizon Systems is capable of holding high tolerances (+/- .0003). We have capabilities of OD and ID honing in the machines to hold up to an 8 micro surface finish in long or short production runs. We are able to maintain this by having skilled machinists, modern equipment, gauging, and a vast knowledge of tooling technology. Top of page
